Few Words About Myself Nice to Meet You
Integrated communication isn’t a buzzword. It’s the difference between a “nice idea” and real impact.
After 20+ years in advertising, marketing, and CRM program development working with both local and international brands and organizations, I’ve learned one thing the hard way: what feels true today can be so wrong tomorrow. The only way to do consistently strong work is to stay connected to an ever-changing context and keep pressure-testing (and pivoting) your point of view.
I currently serve as Chief Integration Officer at GRF+, where I help build integrated communication products that connect strategy, creativity, production, and performance into one coherent system. In parallel, I’ve been involved in elevating industry standards through IAB initiatives, leading the MIXX Awards Romania journey for several years and now acting as Event Director for MIXX Awards Europe.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, creative thinking, and smart data. I try every day to turn complexity into clarity and clarity into action, helping teams move faster, make better decisions, and deliver work that holds up both creatively and commercially.
